Two sides of the same team.

Most of what Signal does falls into two buckets: ongoing support (that's CompleteCare — the day-to-day help desk, monitoring, security, and strategic guidance) and projects (the one-time, scoped initiatives that move your business to a new state).

Professional Services is the projects team. Need a new office wired for 40 people before move-in day? Migrating from on-prem servers to Azure? Rolling out mesh WiFi across a multi-building campus? Installing a new firewall and rearchitecting your network segmentation? This is us.

You don't need to be a CompleteCare client to hire us for a project — though many projects turn into ongoing relationships once we've shown our work.

Projects done right have a beginning, middle, and end. Scope is clear. Timeline is held. The punch list actually gets closed.

Scoping Call

60-minute discovery. What's the actual goal, what are the constraints, what does success look like?

Site Survey

On-site walkthrough to verify assumptions, measure, photograph, and catch surprises early.

Fixed Proposal

Written scope, bill of materials, timeline, and fixed price. No "plus-up" surprises mid-project.

Execute

Dedicated project lead, weekly status updates, and clean coordination with your other vendors.

Punch & Handoff

Verification testing, documentation, training, and a clean handoff — to CompleteCare or to you.

Projects + CompleteCare

Where projects end, ongoing support begins.

Most of our project work hands off cleanly into CompleteCare for ongoing monitoring, support, and security. A new WiFi network installed by us gets monitored by us. A newly-migrated M365 tenant gets its MFA, backup, and threat protection managed by us.

If you already have an in-house IT team or different managed provider, that's fine too — we document everything we build so your team can maintain it confidently. But a lot of clients tell us the real reason they hired us for a project is because they wanted to evaluate us before moving their managed services over.
