CompleteCare is one plan. It includes every layer of security, monitoring, backup, and support we'd recommend for any business worth protecting. No "essentials" tier that skips EDR. Do you offer different tiers of CompleteCare?
No. CompleteCare is our single managed services plan. We include every layer of security, monitoring, backup, and support we'd recommend for any business — no "essentials" tier that skips the important stuff. If you want additional coverage, that's what the add-ons are for.
What's the minimum contract term?
We typically offer 12, 24, and 36-month agreements. Longer terms come with better pricing. We'll discuss what makes sense for your business on our intro call.
What happens during onboarding?
Onboarding runs in three phases over several weeks: Transition & Discovery (RMM and endpoint protection deployment, network inventory, baseline security review), Security & Implementation (MFA rollout, firewall review, patching setup, monitoring establishment), and Documentation & Optimization (application whitelisting, full network diagrams, final gap review).
Do you support Mac, Windows, and Linux?
Yes — CompleteCare covers Windows, macOS, and common Linux distributions on both workstations and servers. Hybrid environments are our specialty.
What if we have an existing IT person or team?
We work well alongside in-house IT. Our co-managed model lets us handle the tooling, monitoring, and overflow support while your internal team focuses on the business-specific work only they can do.
How fast do you respond to issues?
Our standard service level objective is under 15 minutes for critical issues during business hours, with 24x7 monitoring and response for security events through our SOC.
Can we try it before committing long-term?
We'll do an environment assessment before you sign anything, so you know exactly what you're getting. If after the first 90 days you feel it's not the right fit, we'll have a real conversation about it — we're not interested in keeping clients who don't want to be here.
